Welcome to Messages Pro ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile application Messages Pro (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency about our data practices.

2.1 Information Stored Locally on Your Device
Messages Pro stores the following information locally on your device only:
- Scheduled Messages: The content, recipient information, date, and time of messages you choose to schedule
- Recurring Message Settings: Your configured recurring message patterns, frequencies, and recipients
- App Preferences: Your settings and customization choices within the App
- Message History: A local log of scheduled messages that have been sent
Important: This information is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.
2.2 Permissions Required
To provide scheduling and messaging functionality, Messages Pro requires the following Android permissions:
- SMS Permissions (SEND_SMS, READ_SMS): Required to send scheduled messages and verify delivery
- Contacts (READ_CONTACTS): Used to help you select recipients for scheduled messages
- Phone State (READ_PHONE_STATE): Needed to detect phone status and ensure messages are sent appropriately
- Storage (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): Used to attach media files to MMS messages
- Notifications: To alert you about scheduled message status
- Battery Optimization Exemption: To ensure scheduled messages are sent even when your device is in power-saving mode
- Exact Alarm Permission (SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM): To send messages at precisely scheduled times
2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
Messages Pro does NOT collect, transmit, or store:
- The content of your messages
- Your contact information or contact lists
- Your phone number or device identifiers (except as required by the Android system for app functionality)
- Your location data
- Your browsing history or activity in other apps
- Any personally identifiable information (PII)
2.4 Analytics and Crash Reporting (Optional)
To improve app performance and user experience, we may collect anonymous, aggregated usage data through third-party analytics services:
- App Crashes: Anonymous crash reports to help us identify and fix bugs
- Feature Usage: Anonymous data about which features are used most often
- Device Information: Anonymous technical information like device model, Android version, and app version
This data is completely anonymous and cannot be linked to you personally. You can opt-out of analytics in the App settings.

- Clearing app data through your device settings
- Uninstalling the App (this will permanently delete all app data)
If you use our optional cloud backup feature (if available), you control retention through your backup settings.

You have complete control over your data:
- Access: View all your scheduled messages and settings within the App
- Modify: Edit or delete any scheduled message at any time
- Delete: Remove all app data by uninstalling the App or clearing app data

- Analytics: Disable analytics in App settings
- Notifications: Disable push notifications in your device settings
- Advertisements: Upgrade to premium version (if applicable) for ad-free experience
